Why did I receive one QR code for my entire ticket purchase? You will receive one single QR code regardless of the number of tickets you purchased. That single QR code is linked to the total number of tickets you purchased. This QR code will be scanned when you check in at the event. If some members of your group are arriving at different times, you can share your QR code with them. Important to know: Once the total number of ticket-holders in your group are checked in with your QR code, it will no longer be valid for check-in, so please share it only with those for whom you purchased tickets.
I need to transfer my ticket purchase to another person. Go to your confirmation email and click Manage Tickets. You will need to enter the verification code that shows below the button. To transfer your tickets to another person, choose Transfer Tickets to Friend.
I need to change the ticket type of one or more of my tickets. Go to your confirmation email and click Manage Tickets. You will need to enter the verification code that shows below the button. To transfer them from one ticket type to another, choose Ticket Transfer. Then follow the steps to change your ticket type and pay the difference in price if needed.
Can I add a store item or Gloom to my original purchase? Yes, go to your confirmation email and click Manage Tickets. You will need to enter the verification code that shows below the button. Choose Add Items to My Order. Then select your items and check out.
How can I resend my confirmation email? Use the form here.
How can I share my tickets with the others in my party? You can forward your confirmation email to them, or send them a screenshot of your purchase QR code.
I bought a premium ticket that comes with parking. How and when will I receive my parking pass? You will receive your parking pass in a separate email about one week before the event.
I ordered merchandise. How will I receive it? We will ship all merchandise.
What is ticket insurance? We offer ticket insurance to protect your ticket purchase. You will see an option to add this to your order when you buy tickets. If you buy the insurance, you will receive a separate insurance policy confirmation from Protecht/FanShield with the details of the policy.
Insurance covers a range of common reasons you might miss the event, including but not limited to:
- Accident and Illness
- Travel Interruptions
- Family Emergencies
- Layoffs
- Jury Duty
- Work Travel Conflict
The insurance covers the tickets only and not any additional merchandise you may have purchased.
