An educational event featuring cheeses and educators from the Daphne Zepos Teaching Endowment, Essex Street Cheese, Jasper Hill Farm, and Neal's Yard Dairy for cheese industry professionals in the Chicago area.  This event will involve a talk and tasting of cheeses that are inspired by traditional recipes but taking into account modern technologies, economic pressures, and sustainable agricultural practices.  Admission is a $10 donation to www.dzte.org.  Space is limited to 30 guests so please book your ticket by March 22nd.  If you cannot make it, please notify racheljuhl@essexcheese.com so that those on the waitlist can be accommodated.

Arrive by 8:30pm for a "meet and greet" for a prompt start time of 9:00pm.
