Who is the beneficiary of funds raised from this festival? Funds raised will go back to support the EarlyWorks Children's Museum STEAM initiatives.  

 

Does the festival accept cash? The festival gates are cashless, but cash and cards will be accepted inside the festival. 

 

Is there an ATM available inside the festival? Yes, Redstone Federal Credit Union will have it's remote ATM van on site. 

 

What is the seating arrangement for the live music and football jumbo screen? Large grassy area with open seating. You may bring your folding chairs or blankets.

 

Is outside food and drinks allowed? NO outside food or beverages are allowed into the festival. No coolers. We have plenty of food vendors on site, soda, water, and adult beverages are available for purchase. 

 

May I bring in a bag or purse? Yes, but ALL bags are subject to being inspected. 

 

Where is parking available? Parking is available throughout MidCity and it's FREE. 

 

Rideshare location: The Camp would be a great place to be dropped off or picked up. 

 

Are pets allowed? No pets, with the exception of a service dog. ALL service dogs must remain on leash at ALL times and marked as service dog. 

 

Is this event rain or shine? Yes, it's rain or shine. Sign up for texting and we can alert you of any weather concerns. 

 

Are there any refunds? Unfortunately, there are no refunds. You may give your ticket to someone else. ALL ticket are final sales. 

 

Is there RE-ENTRY allowed? Yes, but you must get a wristband at the gates before to exiting. The wristband will allow you to return to the festival on the same day.
