Upstate Race Series offers several services to race directors and event organizations in our area. Various services include timing, event registration, marketing, meet/race management, apparel, and awards. We also provide FREE advertising through our weekly newsletter to our 1500 club members and a FREE listing on our website www.UpstateRaceSeries.com, which received 30,000 monthly views.

*The fee for each registered runner encompasses all participants involved in the entire event, regardless of their specific event category, including Kids Run, Non-Timed Fun Run, or Timed Event.

*Organizations are responsible for the payment and procurement of all race materials and race day management. We will provide a list of approved and reputable vendors for your convenience. Race materials may include but not limited to: shirts, race awards, course marking, insurance, etc

*In cases where the start and finish lines are located at different sites, an additional setup fee will apply for chip timing services.

*Our team boasts over 50 years of collective experience in race management, event timing, registration handling, and on-ground event direction. While our primary aim is to support and educate fellow race directors in effectively managing their events, we will only be accountable for the services explicitly outlined above. We recognize that coordinating all aspects of a race can be a challenging endeavor.
