VENDORS

• Vendors can purchase a 12' x 12' Booth Space 
• All types of vendors are welcome
• Booths are located on Main Street along the center median
• Celebrate Saybrook does not supply tent, table or chairs - only the real estate!
• Booth: $75 (Early Bird - if registered before February 1, 2025)
• Starting February 1, 2025 - Booth cost: $100
• A 7% processing fee will be applied when registering 
• Main Street from the corner of Elm Street/Coulter Street to the corner of Sheffield Street will be closed starting at 11:30am 
  
  
• Vendor Check-In (day of event 6/22/25)
  • Commuter Parking Lot located at 1 North Main Street, Old Saybrook 
  • Check-In 10am - 12pm
  • Vendors will leave the Check-In area at 12pm in an orderly fashion to load-in at their designated spots on Main Street 
    • Each vendor will have an assigned unique color/number combination 
    • Please adhere to all Celebrate Saybrook staff and the OS Police Department to assure a smooth load-in
• Load-out will begin at 6:30pm

VISITORS 

• Celebrate Saybrook is a free event - no tickets necessary
• ID's will be checked for craft beer purchases 
• Parking and shuttles are available:
  • Goodwin School, 80 Old Boston Post Road, Old Saybrook
  • OS Middle School, 60 Sheffield Street, Old Saybrook
  • OS Shopping Center, 665 Boston Post Road, Old Saybrook 
• Handicap Parking Available at 225 Main Street at Main Street Connection Park
• Restroom facilities available along Main Street
