Here’s how we’ll guide you to scale smarter, grow stronger, and thrive sustainably. 

Day & Time: All meetings are Wednesdays via Zoom at 7pm ET / 5pm MT


🌟 January 8: Kickoff

Meet your mentors and cohort! This interactive session sets the stage for collaboration, connection, and a transformative six months ahead.


📈 January 15th: Building Your Blueprint

Topic: Developing & Revising your business plan. 

Start the year strong with a deep dive into the foundation of your business. From clarifying your mission and vision to identifying your ideal athlete and designing services, this session focuses on efficiency through strategy. We'll explore pricing, partnerships, and more to craft a plan that works for you.


🤝 January 29th: Small Group Breakout Session.

Collaborate with your peers in small, mentor-led groups of four. Share insights, troubleshoot challenges, and refine your development exercises from the previous session. This is where ideas turn into actionable solutions.


⚙️ February 12: Streamline Your Operations

Topic: Setting up your business and operations.
Run your business like a well-oiled machine. Learn how to create a seamless onboarding process, choose the right billing and accounting tools, manage your workflow, and build stronger athlete relationships.


🤝 February 26: Small Group Breakout

Join your small group to exchange progress, fine-tune your operational strategies, and gain personalized feedback from your mentors.


📢 March 12: Expand Your Reach

Topic: Business development, recruitment, marketing, and advertising.
Grow your brand with purpose! This session covers how to recruit athletes, develop a marketing plan, build a team, and decide when to advertise versus leverage organic content and word of mouth.


🤝 March 26: Small Group Breakout

Come together in your small group to refine your branding and marketing plans, share insights, and brainstorm solutions.


💬 April 9: Retention is Key

Topic: Communication and athlete relationships.
Keep the athletes you’ve worked hard to attract. Learn best practices for retention, improving coach-athlete communication, and fostering lasting relationships that drive loyalty and referrals.


🤝 April 23: Small Group Breakout

Connect with your small group to apply retention strategies and share what’s working—and what’s not.


💼 May 14: Mastering Your Finances

Topic: Business finances and administration.
Take control of your finances with confidence. This session covers budgeting, taxes, and accounting. Plus, we’ll help you decide when to outsource and when to handle tasks yourself—because efficiency is the name of the game.


🤝 May 28: Small Group Breakout

Fine-tune your financial strategies and ask targeted questions in your mentor-led breakout session.


👥 June 11: Scaling with Support

Topic: Hiring and managing coaches and staff.
When is it time to expand your team? Learn how to hire the right people, navigate employee vs. contractor roles, determine compensation, and effectively manage your growing staff.


🎓 June 25: Capstone Presentations

Celebrate your progress and present your growth plan to the group. This is your opportunity to showcase how you’ve transformed your business and prepare for the next phase of success.

About the Coaches

Maria Simone, No Limits Endurance Coaching, Founder & Head Coach

Coach Maria Simone is the founder and head coach for No Limits Endurance Coaching. She leads a team of 8 coaches, serving 150 endurance athletes across the United States and internationally. She is a USA Triathlon Level 3, USA Cycling Level 2, and US Masters Swimming L1 certified coach. She teaches endurance coaches through the USA Triathlon coaching certification clinics and continuing education. She has presented each year at Endurance Exchange, and provides 1:1 individual mentorships in business, coaching best practices and more. A successful endurance business owner for over 15 years, she is committed to supporting endurance coaches as they work to grow their businesses and serve their athletes. 

Maria is an enthusiastic ambassador for endurance sport. Triathlon and ultra running have revolutionized her life, teaching her to fear less and live more. She loves the competition and camaraderie that the endurance sport community provides. She was chosen as the Coach Educator of the Year, awarded by USA Triathlon, and Coach of the Year, awarded by Outspoken Women in Triathlon. Maria built No Limits Endurance Coaching from 3 athletes in 2011, to serving 150 athletes in today.

She takes a holistic approach to training that considers physical and mental fitness, and a healthy life-work-training balance. She has extensive experience in long course triathlon (including 140.6, double (281.2) and triple (421.8) anvils) and ultra-running (up to 200 miles). She works with athletes who set big dreams, and do the hard work to make those dreams a reality. She holds her athletes accountable, and believes there is no shortcut in the endurance journey.

She resides in Colorado, with her husband, two dogs who relish every moment in the mountains, and the most independent-minded cat that has ever lived.

Stacey Miller, Sonic Endurance, Founder and Managing Director

Stacey is a founder and the Managing Director of Sonic Endurance, which she started in 2013 and has since grown to include assistant coaches and team managers. She has presented on a variety of topics for Endurance Exchange and has led workshops for Fleet Feet Sports, Lifetime Fitness, and other local organizations. She was a 2020 Finalist for the Outspoken Women in Triathlon Awards as Coach of the Year.

Stacey began her coaching career in the corporate setting building group fitness and wellness programs for a variety of businesses. She transitioned from that experience to founding and expanding her own coaching business. Her dual BA in Education Social Work and Counseling and a MA in Public Administration combined with her corporate experience allows her to bring a unique skill set to the coaching business.

An athlete herself, Stacey has experience in racing all distances in long course triathlon including racing the IRONMAN 70.3 World Champioship and the IRONMAN World Championship. 

In addition to running a business and coaching adults, Stacey has been board member of the North Penn IronKnights Triathlon for many years. She serves as the chair to the scholarship program and directs the youth training program for the annual event.

Alison Freeman, NYX Endurance, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Ninja

Coach Alison Freeman is a USAT LII Long Course and IRONMAN Certified Coach with a decade of coaching experience, and is a co-founder and Chief Operating Ninja of NYX Endurance, a women-led coaching group based in Boulder and San Diego. She is a frequent contributing author for Triathlete Magazine, often writing articles that translate complex topics for the everyday reader. Alison has an MBA from UC, Berkeley and nearly two decades of small business experience across four different businesses. She has presented at the USAT Coaching Exchange and the Feisty Business Accelerator and has led beginner triathlete workshops at Colorado Multisport since 2018.

As a coach, Alison primarily works with middle-of-the-pack long-course athletes and particularly enjoys working with beginner triathletes and triathletes who are new to long-course racing. As a coach and as a writer, she excels in athlete education and believes that improving a triathlete's training and racing IQ is the best way to set them up for success. As a business owner, Alison specializes in finance and operations, believing that numbers can tell a story and that you can always create a system to make processes more efficient.

Alison has over a decade of experience racing in triathlon across all distances, but prefers the gruelling challenge of long-course racing.

She resides in Boulder, Colorado with her husband and her two dogs, and constantly looks forward to the weeks when her how-are-they-grown-ups-now kids come home.
