• Run to the corner of Sunset and Glade  Street
• Right on Glade Street
• Left on Hawthorne Road
• Turn right on Cloverdale Avenue
• Cross over Country Club and continue straight
• Turn right on Miller Street
• Turn left and cross road into Cloverale Plaza Shopping Center
• Turn left in front of Harris Teeter
• Return to Cloverdale Avenue and turn right
• Turn right on Oakwood Drive
• Cross Stratford into Thruway Shopping Center
• Turn left and run on sideway and parking lot to Harris Teeter
• Turn right in front of Harris Teeter
• Turn right on Lower Mall Drive
• Run the length of Thruway Shopping Center 
• Just past Chopt, run up the ramp to Stratford Road
• Turn left on Stratford Road 
• BE CAREFUL HERE - SEVERAL INTERSECTIONS TO CROSS OVER
• Cross bridge over Salem Parkway
• Turn left past the Exxon Station
• Run past Daggett Shuler offices
• Cross over Country Club Road and turn right
• Turn left on the sidewalk before Stratford Road
• Turn right at Warkwick onto Runnymede Road
• Follow Runnymede Road 
• Turn right on Hawthorne Road
• Turn left on Northwest Blvd.
• Run on the sidwalk around Hanes Park back to the YMCA
• Finish in the YMCA Parking Lot
