For the Artists
Hello artists!
Johnson Public Library is participating in this year’s Arts Amble as a premier location, and we need your help! We plan to hold a silent auction on Saturday, June 11, and we’re looking for artists who would like to contribute works for the event. 50% of the proceeds would go to the artist and 50% would go to the Friends of the Johnson Public Library to fund their efforts to support the library’s events and services. If you provide a piece of art for the auction, you will have the opportunity to put out information about yourself, where to see more of your work, and a sheet to sign up for more information at the event.
If you would like to contribute a work of art for the auction, please contact Adult Services Librarian, Cathy Folk-Pushee at the information below. Thanks so much for considering taking part in this event.
For the Crafters
Hello crafters!
Johnson Public Library is participating in this year’s Arts Amble as a premier location, and we are putting together a craft sale table on our front lawn on Saturday afternoon, June 11, from 1-4.
The Friends of the Library are selling tables for $40. Then you can sell your handmade items on the library lawn. We are a premier location for Arts Amble so we should get a lot of foot traffic.
If you would like to take part in this event please contact Adult Services Librarian, Cathy Folk-Pushee at the information below. Please also forward this information to anyone else you know who might be interested in buying a table. Thanks so much for considering this opportunity.

About the Friends
The Friends of the Johnson Public Library is an independent 501(c)(3) organization whose primary purpose is to support and advocate for the library’s mission as the community’s destination for discovery, learning, and making connections, through Fundraising, Advocacy, and Volunteer Work. We are a community volunteer driven organization. Through fundraising, we will seek to raise money for the Library in order to fund programs, services, infrastructure and technology that are beyond the Library’s financial capacity. Through advocacy, we will make the case for increased understanding of, and support for, the role of the Library in today's society. Through volunteer work, we will expand the ability of the Library to offer programs and services.
About the Library
The Johnson Public Library is the community's destination for discovery, learning, and making connections. The Library offers comprehensive programs and services for all ages, and has fully restored its hours and services while keeping health safeguards in place. JPL is a proud member of the Bergen County Cooperative Library System. Library members can use their Library card at any of the 77 BCCLS libraries, and can request to have books delivered to the Library from other BCCLS libraries.
