Bill Donovan first joined Crape Myrtle Festival in 1997, celebrating 26 years with Crape Myrtle Festival this year.  Bill has served on the Court, as Queen, on the Board, and is a Board Emertius member.  CMF created an award in his honor, the Bill Donovan award, which is given each year to a Court member who goes above and beyond the call of service and exemplifies the heart and soul of CMF.  

Bill is also a talented florist.  You'll see his beautiful flower arrangements at most CMF events.
