YOU are invited to attend this 3-hour workshop by Rain Bear Running with sponsors Peninsula Adventure Sports and North Olympic Healthcare Network.
This workshop might be for you if:
- You want to mix up your road running routine and take to the trails,
- You are looking to increase your endurance training,
- You would like to learn more about building strength, caring for your body from head to toe, and fueling on & off the trail.
This workshop is led by professional instructors and speakers covering the topics below.
- Strength training and injury prevention - Spencer Larsen
- Nutrition - Fueling On & Off the Trail - Alexa Carr
- Endurance Training and Foot Care - Austin Friswold
*Please dress comfortably for movement and bring a water bottle and notetaking items.
